Avondale Addition

The goal of this project was to create a new primary suite and additional living space to better accommodate the family’s needs. Through thoughtful design and collaboration, we were able to nearly double the home’s original square footage while preserving its cottage charm and maintaining the character of the Avondale neighborhood.

A successful transformation made possible through the collaboration of Elizabeth Graves Design and Crosby Creations.
