Job Title: Part-Time Construction Superintendent (Path to Full-Time)

Position Overview:We are seeking a reliable and experienced Part-Time Construction Superintendent to support the management of custom residential building projects. This role offers the opportunity to grow into a full-time position for the right candidate. The ideal individual will have a strong understanding of the custom home building process, be comfortable managing job sites, and be willing to take a hands-on approach when needed to help complete projects.

Key Responsibilities:

• Coordinate and manage subcontractors on active job sites

• Maintain clear, professional, and timely communication with clients

• Oversee daily job site operations to ensure quality and efficiency

• Assist with punch list completion, including hands-on handyman-type work as needed

• Handle material pickups and deliveries when required

• Help ensure projects stay on schedule and within scope

• Take on additional responsibilities based on ability to manage budgets and timelines

Qualifications:

• Prior construction experience required (custom home building experience preferred)

• Strong understanding of construction processes, sequencing, and site management

• Ability to communicate effectively with clients, subcontractors, and team members

• Willingness to perform hands-on work to support project completion

• Reliable transportation (required)

• Organized, dependable, and proactive
